Pay Utility Bills 

You can pay your water bill by check, savings, credit card or debit card or by going online or downloading a mobile payment app. 

ONLINE

• Click Here. The first time you will register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps
• Pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-pay for the amount of your bill (Auto-pays must be set up online)
• View your balance due
• print receipts, view past electronic payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay and more 

MOBILE APP

• Download “PSN Payments” from the App Store or Google Play
• View your balance due
• If you registered online first, use those login credentials

Pay with check, cash or card.

NOTE: Convenience fees apply to electronic payments: $1.00 for check and savings; 2.75% (+$0.50 if under $100) for credit and debit cards.
